Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every client who interacts with our agency. You’ll be the go-to resource for questions, support, and guidance - helping customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of every step of the way.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Answer incoming calls and emails, providing timely and helpful support
- Explain policy coverages, billing details, and claims processes in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Assist with policy updates, renewals, and general account maintenance
- Address customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset
- Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products or coverage options
- Keep accurate records and stay organized within agency systems
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Friendly, people-focused approach with a genuine desire to help others
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
- Comfortable learning and using computer systems

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
